- What is being overlooked here is the fact that the CEO's compensation is set in a contract. Win or lose, succeed or fail, they still get compensated. It's called a severance package for a reason, and their pay at termination is guaranteed.

- Romney states that he paid what he was supposed to. This is true, but Bain is one of the groups who lobbied to keep congress from raising the CG tax. Stewart did a segment on it last night.
